Front office staff really helped out a lot. I had made the reserveration for the wrong day and they contacted the vendor to straighten out!!

Simply no reason to complain, really nice stay. Wonderful nice central hotel in great location near the Metro. The a double room with a photo booth setup and king size beds, for instance. Good facilities....

Solo traveler with mixed feelings
The room was big and comfortable, actually pretty spacious for a New York hotel. I was surprised by the water pressure in the shower, seemed like it could wash away my problems for a bit.
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the location and comfort, I'd say it was tolerable.
